BattleLore: First Edition was published in 2006 by Days of Wonder and Fantasy Flight Games. BattleLore is a scenario style war game that pairs two players against one another in a Medieval fantasy setting on a hexagonal style board. BattleLore utilizes both dice rolling and card mechanics. While this game is heavily dependent upon chance their is also choice and strategy used throughout gameplay.
